We hope that you are able to find here all the information you need on the events being held as part of the Ulster Cyclo-cross season. This winter sport appeals to a wide variety of cyclists as the courses are not too technical and make for fast open racing. The venues are based in parks with various terrain including grass, gravel, sand, tarmac with sections where the riders have to dismount and carry their bikes. As the courses are relatively short and fairly open this form of racing is great for spectators who can observe the skills (or lack of) through muddy sections, or at the obstacles.
The series is overseen by the Cycling Ulster Off-road Commission. The series has been going since 2009.
